Advanced Research Computing at the Franklin

The Advanced Research Computing team specialises in developing data and compute infrastructure for biological scientists. As well as infrastructure, we provide a centralised Research Software Engineering (RSE) capability through collaboration with the Franklin and external scientists to provide excellent software for research. 

We work opensource as much as possible and disseminate our developments in the Franklin and the wider RSE and scientific community.
