Dr Zoe Giannioti

Zoe is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Glycomics and Glycoproteomics. She has a BSc (Hons) Chemistry degree from the University of Surrey and an MSc degree in Chemical Process Engineering from UCL. Her PhD project was carried out at the Edmund Mach Foundation and the University of Trento, where she utilised advanced mass spectrometry – based techniques as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow in the ITN Project FoodTraNet.
