Abigail completed their BA and MSci in natural sciences at the University of Cambridge before moving to UCL to pursue a PhD in biomolecular Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Abigail focussed on analysing the structure and dynamics of RNA-protein complexes using NMR and MS technique.

NMR spectroscopy is the only experiment that gives combined structural and dynamical information of molecules at atomic resolution, in solution. It is widely used for routine characterisation of molecules and is vital for chemical analysis.
