HR Advisor
Marina joined the Franklin as an HR Assistant and was responsible for coordinating recruitment and providing HR assistance to the Operations team. Marina is currently working towards an Associate Diploma in People Management and recently transitioned into an HR Advisor role which supports HR Director with a variety of initiatives such as policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, equality and diversity, visa sponsorships and training, as well as coordinating all stages of the employee life cycle.
