Recruitment Specialist

Aneta works at the Franklin as a recruitment specialist having previously gained HR and recruitment experience in further education and scientific research sectors. Aneta has worked at MRC Harwell and more recently Newbury College, where she supported hiring managers in all recruitment and employee lifecycle activities. Prior to her career in Human Resources, Aneta spent a considerable time in pharmacy regulation, coordinating Fitness to Practice Tribunal hearings for pharmacists. Aneta is passionate about learning and professional development, and has completed CIPD Level 3 and also Level 5 qualifications.
