Lydia brings a wealth of experience gained within diverse global and UK based organisations. Lydia has worked for a number of high growth companies, including in the scientific instrument, specialist chemicals and high tech sectors. Lydia has broad multi-disciplined HR experience and has a particular passion for building management and leadership capabilities and more recently encouraging wellbeing for colleagues.  Lydia studied Human Resource Management at the University of Teesside.

As Director of HR at the Rosalind Franklin Institute Lydia has assumed responsibility for the HR function. Lydia works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and wider team and will focus on establishing a strong foundation of HR best practice to support the growth ambitions of the Institute and enhance its reputation as a great place to work and collaborate with.
